Safari Electronique return with yet another label debut. This time its the turn of David Labeij, one of the key movers and shakers of the Amsterdam House scene. Todays EP features three stunning productions. Each exudes style, beauty and maturity. Opener 'Eyey' should come with a side order of sun, sea and beautiful women, whereas 'Sumby' with its tough rolling drive and poignant heavy keys, is very much a track to dropped indoors, on floor. The sound of 'Emp' sits firmly between the two. Its solid, locked on groove works perfectly alongside its synth stabs and dreamy efx.
